COVID-Secure Safety Measures at Cyber Security Summit

Your health and safety is our number one priority at PublicTechnology Live and Cyber Security Summit and we look forward to welcoming you in London on 4 July 2023.

Though many restrictions relating to COVID-19 have been relaxed in the past year, we recognise that this situation may change and we will be ensuring safety and sanitary measures are implemented throughout the event in line with up-to-date Government guidance  applicable at the time of the event.

We will ensure we implement countermeasures appropriate to the level of threat posed by COVID-19 at the time of the event, which may include physical distancingcleaning and hygiene and communication, providing you the assurance and confidence that the event will be safe for all attendees.

Physical Distancing

The event may feature an adapted floor plan to offer increased spacing in high-footfall areas.

Cleaning and Hygiene

An enhanced cleaning regime may be implemented with increased frequency of daily deep cleans conducted during breaks, as well as hand sanitiser dispensers made available in entrance foyers, catering areas and main corridors should this be deemed necessary.

Communication

Through the event website, email communications and increased signage at the venue will ensure all attendees are kept up to date with the latest measures and guidance should any be in place at the time of the event.
