Paul has over 25 years of working with many of the leading IT and Security managers across the UK public sector and commercial areas. Whilst there is much talk in the industry about zero-days all the research points to most cyber breaches being the result of old, known vulnerabilities being exploited. The recent Government Cyber Security Strategy echos that point and increases the emphasis on government’s critical functions to be significantly hardened to cyber attack by 2025, with all government organisations across the whole public sector being resilient to known vulnerabilities and attack methods no later than 2030.

Bringing together real world examples from across the Central Government, Health and Education sectors Paul hopes to bring to life potential solutions to improving the cyber security for any government organisation.
