Steve Reid is responsible for leading and building the National Management Centre (NMC)- a cyber security centre of expertise to protect police forces across England and Wales against cyber threats. 

He brings experience of leading cyber security teams around the globe and his most recent role before joining the Police Digital Services’ NMC, was Head of Cyber Operations for UK and The Americas, with three Security Operations Centres.

Steve has worked with many companies to establish a cyber security service and, in particular, has experience of managing teams with large scale incident response capabilities.
